Building a 10-minute daily light ritual
The best protocol is the one you actually repeat. Ten minutes, once a day, anchored to something you already do without thinking.

Pick your anchor
Habit stacking works better than willpower. Put the panel where your existing routine already happens — beside the coffee machine, on the desk you sit at every morning, or on the bedroom dresser you pass before sleep.
The 10-minute template
Keep it boring and repeatable.
- Position the panel 15–30 cm from the area you are treating.
- Set a 10-minute timer — longer is not automatically better.
- Wear protective goggles for anything near the face.
- Stay still enough that the target area keeps the same distance.
Morning vs evening
Morning sessions pair well with training days and skin routines. Evening sessions suit wind-down, since red light does not carry the alerting blue wavelengths that push your body clock later.
If you only have one slot, choose the one you will not skip.
