Pre-order batch shipping
Pre-orders ship 6–8 weeks after the pre-order window closes; the live estimated dispatch window is shown above. Once your batch is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, you'll receive tracking by email.
Delivery timeline after dispatch
After dispatch: metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth & Canberra: 2–4 business days. Regional Australia: 4–7 business days. NT & remote WA/QLD: 7–10 business days.
Express Post upgrade
Express Post upgrade available at checkout for $14.95 AUD. Express orders are prioritised and sent via Australia Post Express Network where coverage allows.
Shipped from Sydney
All Deep Dose orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Local pickup is not currently available.
60-day returns
Try Deep Dose risk-free. If you're not happy within 60 days of delivery, contact us for a return. Items must be in original condition with all included accessories.
Warranty support
Every Deep Dose Solo is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Submit a warranty claim through our support form and we'll respond within 2 business days.
