Protect your eyes
The light is bright. Keep your eyes closed during facial sessions or wear protective goggles if you are light-sensitive.
UV-free and non-invasive
Deep Dose uses only 660 nm and 850 nm LEDs. There is no UV, no heat damage, and no downtime when used as directed.
Start low and slow
If you are new to light therapy, begin with one 10-minute session per day. Gradually increase to two sessions if you feel comfortable.
Not a replacement for medical care
Deep Dose is a wellness device, not a medical treatment. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant, photosensitive, or managing a medical condition.
Warranty cover
- Covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, plus your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- We cover return freight on approved warranty claims and repair or replace faulty units after assessment.
- Not covered: normal wear, cosmetic marks, drop or liquid damage, or use with a non-supplied adapter.
To claim, submit a warranty claim with your order number and a short photo or video of the fault.
60-day returns
- Return within 60 days of delivery when the panel is undamaged and sent back with the adapter and guide.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within about 5 business days of passing inspection.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the unit arrived faulty or damaged in transit.
